Created from a large tree Burl, piece is an organic example of the beauty of woodgrain and the deformities that occur in wood which has endured stress while growing.

This Brutalist organic-style vessel will add an earthy feel of nature to your home or office.

Provenance:
Resourced from an 88 year old collector’s living estate. The newspaper these were wrapped in was dated 1983- its vintage age at minimum. Estimates are 1960’s-70’s as these Burl wood weed pot or bud vases with glass inserts were popularized. See less
