A quietly arresting figurative painting that captures a fleeting, introspective moment seen through a reflection of a mirror, executed in oil onto canvas and dated 1975.

A solitary figure stands before the mirror, partially obscured by reflection and shadow, dissolving into the textured surface of the paint. The viewer becomes part of the act of looking, drawn into the layered spatial tension between the real and the reflected.
