An American Art Nouveau tray from Wilcox International Silver Company of Meriden, Connecticut, dating circa 1930s. The vintage stamped and silver-plated design features overlapping lily pad leaves with three buds and three open handles encircling the outer rim.
The vintage serving platter was originally designed as a cake tray but is an ideal size for a variety of desserts or appetizers at 9.5 in. diameter (handle to handle). The tray is in very good condition and stamped Wilcox / IS / International Silver Co. / 5698 on the base.
Wilcox Silver Plate Company became part of International Silver Company in 1898.
