USA, ca. 1960s. A rare sideboard with floating shelf unit by Danish-born American designer Jens Risom for his company Jens Risom Design, Inc. Features various custom details in beautifully figured walnut, a fully finished back, ample interior drawers in white oak, and dynamic aluminum pad feet that float the piece off the ground. Original Risom label to inside of top left drawer. Perfect for transforming a home office - yet versatile enough for a dining or living room.
Lightly refurbished and in overall excellent vintage condition with warm patina to wood surface.
