Offered is a 1980s artist-signed studio pottery glazed ceramic ginger jar or canister. The initials are possibly "M. M.", however, no similar canisters were found online using the search lens.
While it can certainly be displayed on a bookshelf, it can also be used as a kitchen canister for tea, garlic, baked cookies, etc.
It measures approximately 6.5" in diameter at its widest and 7.125" tall with its lid on.
