We recently acquired the lifetime personal copper collection of a professional chef. The pans are of the highest quality and have been well used and loved for decades. This is one of those special brazing pans. As with all high end copper cookware, it is both practical and beautiful. It will grace your kitchen for many more decades and may even inspire your culinary skills.
Imported from France. Vintage copper brasier with heavy iron handles and stainless steel lining. The pan is marked "Bourgeat 24 Made in France". It is one of the newer pans from the collection as evidenced by the pristine condition of the lining.
The brasier measures 10 inches in diameter and 2 3/4 inches deep. The pan weighs over 6 pounds.
