The headboard features an extremely heavy solid wood construction in a beautiful seashell carved form. The finish has a slight rustic faux surface with tones of browns, tans and a slight crackled areas.

The original Made in Italy tag is visible on the back. The headboard had a cleat installed on the back, however the wall cleat is not present. The headboard measures at the widest part 61" wide, however at the widest part of the legs it measures 59"wide. It can fit a queen as well as a full size bed. It does not have holes on the legs. Perhaps made to install on the wall or make your own holes.
This is a very rare piece of art which I've not seen before and it is quite stunning and so unusual in person. See less
