It features a hoop at the top which can be hung with chains, and 8 fluted prongs attached which curl outwards, and a lower tier of 7 prongs with small hoops attached to hold plants. The upper prongs can serve as draping hangers for long and leafy plants. While some of the black shows through, most of the surface has age appropriate patina. Can be used indoors or outdoors, there is no hardware included, so please source appropriate accessories for wherever you choose to use this. We have seen a similar piece used upside down as a table base.
