Often called "eggs and spinach" the yellow/gold and green glaze was popular in the Tang dynasty, late 7th century. The protective creature is very powerful and regal perched on an antique solid brass miniature Ming table. It is an elegant, petite accent piece for chinoiserie decor. See less
