Consider the information that was written on the back of the paper backing from the original framing:

The print has just been re-matted; it came in the appropriately colored frame you see, the color matching the chopsticks in the lady's hair. There are a few reflections from the glass created during the photographic process, which was outdoors (on her cheek, little bits of white which you will not see in the following close-up). Judging by the original frame and mat, the print seems to be "vintage," no further age identification.
