It Comes From the Classic Late Victorian Period - Circa Approx 1880s. It has a Beautiful Hand Made and Hand Cut Frosted Heavy Crystal Insert to Hold the Celery. The Bottom is Embossed with the Well Documented & Premier American Silverplate Maker MERIDEN BRITANNIA SILVER PLATE COMPANY of Meriden Connecticut - in Business From 1869 to 1898. The Top is Done in a Fancy & Boldly Embossed Reticulated Style. It is Constructed out of Hard White Metal with a Substantially Silver Plated Finish. It is in Excellent All Original Condition - Displays Beautifully. No Damage - No Repairs.
It is Lightly Tarnished.

It Measures Overall Approx 9 1/2 inches Tall x 4 1/2 inches Long - Wide.
