A stunning Shōwa Era Japanese 4-panel folding painted Byobu (screen), depicting beautiful Young Ladies wearing traditional Japanese Kimono. Ukiyo-e Style. Signed by artist. Gouache, watercolor and ink on paper. Silk border. Brown lacquered wood frame with engraved metal corners. Fabric and two Asian style brass hangers on back. Very good condition - minor age wear, minimal staining, and minimal warping on the 4th panel, clean, sturdy, strong hinges. Japan, Shōwa Era, circa 1960s.
