The glass shimmers in gold-silver-platinum colors and are all in excellent condition. Much better in person than shown on the pictures. Chandelier illuminates beautifully and offers a lot of light. A real eye catcher even unlit. Heavy duty. Designed by christoph palme. Manufactured by palwa (palme & walter), germany in the 1970s. Design: christoph palme. Model: teardrop, waterfall. Style: hollywood regency, mid-century modern. Materials: murano glass and gilt-brass. Colors: gold-silver-platinum, transparent and golden. Manufacturer: palwa (palme & walter), venini. Country of origin: germany. Year of production: 1970s. Measures: width appr. 15.7" in. (ca. 40 cm), height including chain and suspension appr. 27.6" in. (ca. 70 cm). The chain can be shortened easily. Lighting: takes six small edison e14 base screw bulbs. Wattage: we recommend up to 40w per bulb. Works on 220v as well as 110v. Condition: very good vintage condition. No imperfections to the glass. Wiring: the lamp has been tested with us american light bulbs under 120v and works flawlessly, no tools or rewiring required. All our goods are originally wired for 220v. Delivery without bulbs. Assembly required. this piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
