The fixture is overall in very good shape for its age. It shows some normal wear consistent with age. Chrome has a few scratches and minor blemishes as pictured. It looks like the plug part of the cord was added and that’s why there is electric tape holding the wires together. The cord can be taken off and light can be wired in to the ceiling.
