Made by Foucard Jourdan in the famed pottery town of Vallauris, France, this vintage candlestick holder has a braided rope design handle, a noted style of the potters in the region.
Molded from the distinctive clay found in French Maritime Alps into a chamber candle holder, the pottery piece has a classic green glaze.
The vintage French pottery candlestick holder is in good condition showing wear consistent with its age and use including a small chip on the underside of the piece which does not show when the piece is displayed.
