The owners retired and moved to Florida, but these were part of their personal collection. They are beautiful walnut veneer and French polish with a lyre shaped back and looking for a new home. They have timeless simplicity and elegance of form which makes them versatile for most any room. The upholstery is black horsehair which can last a lifetime. See less

There may have been a single repair to the back of one of the chairs (see photo) but the chair is not compromised. The finish of the wood is incredibly beautiful considering it’s over 200 years old. less
