This powerful 20th Century Swiss Bronze Bird Sculpture is the work of French artist Charles Reussner (1886-1961). Reussner was well known and highly sought out for his sculptures. The piece depicts a stylized bird with a magnificent patina and a striking presence from any angle. Artist signed "Reussner" on the underside of the tail wing, the bird is mounted on a natural stone base with the original made in Switzerland tag affixed to the bottom. This 20th Century Swiss Charles Reussner Bronze Bird Sculpture with its warm patina and defined lines is perfect for the Bronze enthusiasts and will make a statement when placed in any interior.
