Stunning pair of table lamps by the Marbro company. Made from French shaped vintage ginger jars. Hand painted views of peacocks on floral trees. Bordered by an array of attractive geometric patterns and borders. Teal with pops of red and yellow creating a wonderfully colorful piece of art.
Solid brass stem and double socket cluster with exceptional patina. The lamps have been rewired and new innards have been installed in the cluster. So everything inside is new but we kept the casings, stem, and finial original to continue displaying that patina. The play of colors between the teal and yellows of the base to the teals and brass of the metals is art in it self.
Lamps would look great displayed in any interior.
Lamps are sold without shades.
