The lithograph print poster is published by Arti Graphiche Ricordi S.P.A. Milano, for The Cleveland Museum of Art, printed in Italy in 1989 in an unnumbered limited edition by Grafica G&R Associati. It features an artwork image originally created by Gauguin in 1902 titled " L' appel " ( The Call ), gift of The Hanna Fund.

Eugene Henri Paul Gauguin ( 1848 - 1903 ) The French born Post Impressionist artist is known for both his experimental use of color and Synthetist style that were distinctly different from Impressionism. His work was influential to the French Avant - Garde, and many other artists such as Picasso and Matisse. Artworks by Gauguin are included in the collections of many of the world's most prestigious museums.

The rare out of print Post Impressionist museum poster measures 24" W X 34" H. It is printed on high quality heavy weight paper stock with vibrant ink colors in a satin finish.
