Lovely set of English serving pieces, one is an oval serving bowl, and the other is an oval serving platter. Made by George and Sons of England, they present on a creamy white with a rich royal blue pattern that depicts small arrow shaped royal blue design around the rim that is framed at the very edge with a geometric braiding design. The very edge of the platter and bowl has a ruffled like pattern at the very rim, adding a lovely detail. These mix well with other blue and white, such as blue Willow and can be used today on your table. They are a nice heavier, ceramic like an iron stone and not a bone China.
Platter measures 13 1/2 inches long by 11 inches wide
Bowl measures 10 1/2 inches long by 8 inches wide by 2 inches deep
Very nice condition, no chips, no cracks, very minor crazing on the inside of the bowl
