Featuring a striking black ground, this hexagonal-shaped porcelain vase showcases a lush and romantic design of roses in soft pink, yellow, and cream, accented with delicately shaded leaves and climbing stems. Each detail is finely executed, reflecting the artistry of early 20th-century Japanese porcelain craftsmanship.
Marked on the base with the “M-in-wreath” Hand Painted Nippon green backstamp, authenticating its origin and period. This mark was used exclusively between 1911 and 1921, making this a genuine antique piece from the late Meiji to early Taishō era. Whether displayed on its own or as part of a collection, this vase makes a stunning statement of antique beauty and Japanese artistry.
