Marc Chagall (1887-1985) Poems - In my memory Two original woodcuts, 1968 Unsigned On vellum format 32 x 25 cm and 38 x 27 cm Very rare printer's proofs with annotations before the final state Very good condition NOTE: Two printer's proofs of the woodcut ;In My Memory; for the book ;Poems; published in 1968 by Cramer in an edition of 238. These are the only woodcuts made by Marc Chagall. REFERENCE: Cramer catalog raisonné ;Chagall: illustrated books; n°74 This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
