This extraordinary 1976 Treasures of Tutankhamun exhibition print is a rare find, just shy of its 50th anniversary. Featuring the iconic image of the Egyptian goddess Selket, this print was part of the legendary exhibition held by The Metropolitan Museum of Art. As one of the most significant archaeological discoveries of the 20th century, King Tutankhamun’s treasures have captured the world’s imagination, and this print perfectly encapsulates that moment in history.
This vintage art print, framed and ready for display, is a must-have for collectors of Egyptian artifacts or anyone with a passion for ancient history. The combination of high-quality print production and museum-level framing makes it a unique addition to any art collection. Given its age, pieces like this rarely come up for sale, making it a highly coveted item for history enthusiasts and collectors alike.

There is an extremely faint, unnoticeable unless inspecting from a few inches away, horizontal mark just above the navel of the figure, a result of what appears to have been some very light friction, but it does not detract from the overall beauty or structural integrity of the piece. The corner edges also show slight wear, typical for vintage items. Out of respect to my potential customers, I pride myself in being a fully transparent seller; hence, my disclosing even these less than slight imperfections, that some if not most sellers would avoid mentioning. The piece is framed, but open-faced, therefore no concerns of broken glass in transit. Please don't hesitate to reach out for any additional photos or with questions, as I'd be more than happy to help in any way I can! less
