The pair of wood pulp bookends have been molded into a design is of exotic leaves with flowers opening beneath. They have been finished with a shiny brownish-red finish. They have metal bases which are covered in an old green felt. The backs are plain.

There are very worn paper labels on the backs. I was able to decipher the word “wood” on the labels, but not much else.

MEASUREMENTS
5 ½ in (14.0 cm) wide x 4 ½ in (11.4 cm) deep x 7 in (17.8 cm) tall. Weighs 2 lbs 0.7 oz.

CONDITION
The bookends have no breaks, cracks, or dents and they look very complete. There are a few tiny chips along a couple of edges, and the fronts have a few small color losses. The backs show small imperfections in the molding process. There is wear to the green felts.

A great set of traditional looking bookends to a collection or use on the bookshelf. See less
