Kislingbury, displays historic photos and post cards of Saloon & Bar interiors from the 19th and 20th Centuries.. There are 28 color photos and more than 150 black/white & sepia-toned images of vintage saloons, bar rooms and cigar stores, all with their own unique classic designs & fixtures. Also featured are photos of patrons, bartenders and proprietors. - and Bars and Buffets! The faux-leather-covered black hardcover, gilt lettered, also displays photos of early floor model slot & amusement machines, on location, and counter games on the bar. Also there are photos of cigar counters, pool rooms and vintage coin-operated machines. This 336-page,1999 First Printing was published by Waldo and Van Winkle, Pasadena, CA. It is out-of-print and exceedingly rare. In very good clean, bright and unmarked condition, this comes from the Library of a vintage Hollywood prop house. A nostalgic pleasure to page through, but also an excellent reference for set designers, writers and historians. It will be sent carefully packed, with tracking. See less
