Stunning Maitland Smith crotch mahogany ball & claw foot slant front secretary desk. Features beautiful carvings on the legs. 3 drawers that open and close as they should. There are 2 arms that pull out for the slant front to rest on when open. Behind the slant front are 7 drawers that slide as they should as well as 5 cubbies. In very good used vintage condition with only wear of note being some surface scratches to the slant front as shown in photo #11. You can not even feel them if you run your fingers over them so they are very minor and should be able to be buffed out if so desired. Absolutely gorgeous piece by one of the best maker's in the business. Please view photos carefully as they are a part of the description.
