A large and captivating mid-century landscape painting that presents a dynamic interplay between abstraction and representation, executed in oil onto canvas.

The painting presents a rural landscape dominated by an angular, white structure – likely a house or barn – set against rugged terrain. The composition balances organic and geometric forms, emphasising the contrast between man-made and natural elements.

The piece embodies elements of abstract expressionism, blending gestural and textured brushstrokes with semi-representational forms. The fragmented, layered approach to the structure hints at collage techniques, while the landscape itself is rendered through broad, sweeping gestures.
