Named the “Butterfly Table” … Read more This one-of-a-kind hand crafted table was designed and built by North Carolina artist Keith R. Allen. Named the “Butterfly Table” by its creator, it features a two piece live edge walnut top joined by Nakashima-inspired butterfly joints, both features lending credence to its namesake. The base features reverse tapered walnut legs joined by maple stretchers with mortise and through tenon construction. Mr. Allen’s work is currently featured at the Carlton Gallery in Banner Elk, NC and FRANK Gallery in Chapel Hill, NC. See less
