There is nothing like a vintage lamp shade when you are looking to add a little warmth, depth, and texture … Read more There is nothing like a vintage lamp shade when you are looking to add a little warmth, depth, and texture to a room design, and this circa 1960 Mid-Century Modern drum shade is in a class all its own. The exterior fabric is thick and nubby, and both the bottom and top rims are finished in a decorative cord trim. It is in terrific condition with only minor, age-appropriate wear -- most notably yellowing (and a few areas of warping - see photos) of the hard shell interior, consistent with age and use. These minor imperfections tend to enhance the vintage character of this shade, which pairs particularly well lamps of the same era.

Diameter of shade measures 12” (top) and 14” (bottom). Height measures approximately 14.75”. Washer sits approximately 4” below top rim. See less
