This set shows expected signs of wear consistent with age and use. Minor wear marks or light surface scratches may be visible at tabletop, no major chips or nicks. Tabletop has few marks, one ring visible. Some wear along the seam of apron where laminate meets; see close ups. Upholstery is a high grade vinyl. Some dark markings and blemishes along with patina on the upholstery, be sure to see close ups. Few threads may be worn, one rip at backside of one top cushion; request close up and we can add. Seat cushions are slightly worn, but could be used in current condition. Upholstery could be specially cleaned, however has been thoroughly cleaned with standard methods and maintains a character patina. New upholstery recommended with new cushion. Small gliders at base for ease of moving and protection of scratching base. Base is a painted white on metal tulip-cage base; in overall good condition. See photos and close ups for reference. All of our pieces are used and/or vintage pieces that have wear consistent with age. Each are rare, one-of-a kind pieces that are in found-condition and hand-picked.
