Offering a stunning Large pair of vintage Murano Birds, circa 1960s. These exquisite glass birds are composed of a smokey gray glass fading to transparent near the head. They both retain their original 1960s red paper labels on the sides. Each red and silver label states: Made in Italy, Murano. These are guaranteed authentic Murano glass from the era.
Most likely these birds depict pheasants or birds of paradise with raised tails....possibly even phoenixes.
The birds are in EXCELLENT CONDITION. There are no cracks, no chips, no flea bites, and no repairs. Just Perfect! A must for the antique Murano glass collector.
A gorgeous pair of bird figurines that will fit nicely in the trending Boho Chic décor that just loves animals in its interior design motifs, especially birds. They would also look great on a mantel, bookshelf, display cabinet or shelf.
