A pair of original “Ax” lounge chairs, designed by Danish modern masters Peter Hvidt & Orla Mölgaard and manufactured by Fritz Hansen. These iconic pieces feature the distinctive X-shaped frame crafted from solid beech wood, remaining in its beautiful original condition. Upholstered in rich brown vintage leather with elegant square tufting, the chairs embody the timeless Scandinavian aesthetic—minimal yet inviting. An outstanding addition to any modern or mid-century interior. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
issues arising from misattribution
