It is … Read more This tall mahogany piecrust pedestal side table is work of folk-art or the creation of an imaginative woodworker. It is a beautiful piece to behold. The carved column and base have a red finish which compliments the red mahogany piecrust tabletop that has been affixed to the column with four wood dowels or pegs. This piece is sturdy and ready for use. At 34 inches in height could be used for a variety of applications such as a tall drink stand, display or plant stand. The tabletop has some minor scuffs and scratches to the finish, consistent with age and use. Please see all photographs for an overall representation of condition. See less
