This is vase is made by Scheurich which has beenmaking pottery since 1954. Amano was a branch of Scheurich. The Scheurichcompany became one of the largest manufacturers of ceramics in Germany from the1950s to the 1980s. They exported more than any other ceramic company inGermany. They offered the widest range of shapes and glazes.The designer HeinzSiery is responsible for many of the forms which Scheurich produced. Thecompany continues to this day!
