An antique French Louis XIV style over mantel/mantle mirror offers a scroll and foliate form giltwood frame having stylized floral crest and flanking finials, rococo. STUNNING. This ample piece looks straight from Versailles. Provincial. Made in Italy by LaBarge. Some very minor foxing is visible on the glass itself. some visible wear on frame consistent with age and use.
Circa 1950/60s. There are a number of smaller dupes available online, this is the larger and original antique version.
