Victor Vasarely (1906-1997) - Maeght-Tridium, Signed (1968, Screenprint). Famous limited edition screenprint from the historic group show L’Art Vivant at Fonda toon Maeght in Paris in 1968 .
Maeght-Tridium (B. & V. 581), 1968 Screenprint in colors on wove paper, signed in pencil and numbered 198/200, published/printed by by Denise Rene/Arte Adrien Maeght, Paris, with full margins.
Show included Alexander Calder, Andy Warhol, Dubuffet, Miró, among many other important artists from the 60s. Included is the original 1968 French Exhibition Book from when the print was released. Catalogue of historic show at the Fondation Maeght in Paris. Artists included Warhol, Alexander Calder, Dubuffet, Mirò, among many other important artists from that era. The cover screenprint is of the Maeght-Tridium image.
Original 1st edition print. Cover is an original Victor Vasarely silkscreen print. In near mint condition. One small crease on the spine. No yellowing or markings on the interior. Beautiful like new copy. Published in 1968
Print Condition: housed and matted under glass in a silver metal frame. Print is in very good condition but has not been inspected out of frame. Frame itself has scratches and scuffs along the edges.
