The fine art lithograph print is published by Editions Albert Skira, Geneva - Paris - New York. Printed in Switzerland in 1953 in an unnumbered limited edition, as part of a 1st edition portfolio of lithograph prints from The Painters of The Twentieth Century Series titled " Cubism and Fantastic Art ", with an important text essay by Jacques Lassaigne.

The Cubism lithograph print features an artwork image originally created by Picasso in 1914 titled " Ma Jolie " ( My Pretty ).

Pablo Picasso ( 1881 - 1973 ) was a Spanish born painter, sculptor, printmaker, ceramicist, poet and playwright who spent most of his life in France. He is regarded as one of the most important and influential artists of The Twentieth Century. Exceptionally prolific throughout the course of his long life, Picasso achieved universal renown and immense fortune for his revolutionary artistic accomplishments, and became one of the most well known figures in 20th Century Art.

The lithograph print plate image measures 8 1/8" W X 9" H, on a page that is 10 7/8" W X 14 7/8" H. The print is attached to the page with a method called " tipping " where it is attached by hand on the left side edge. Behind the print plate on the page is the title, size and collection of the original artwork.

The rare out of print 1st edition Cubism lithograph print is in excellent clean vintage condition consistent with age and light signs of handling. It has never been framed. Please see photos for condition reference. It is now being offered here for an excellent price.
