Each modeled as an owl perched on a ribbed ball supported by an everted foot.
Each bearing a 1904-1908 GI mark (possibly 1909-1914).

Condition Details:
One cap is replaced.
The caps (as seems typical with these) are loose and wiggle a bit when closed. Otherwise, there are some fine & light surface scratches and other signs of expected light wear consistent with age.
