Made of canvas with a wood base, brass collar trim and a steel flange for mounting. Very good condition with some staining as would be expected with age and use. Marked 22 on the bottom, but it measures 22.5 inches around. I might be measuring wrong? But either way it's a size small. Wonderful to display with antique hats, hat blocks or a head collection.
