Absolutely stunning and rare white Bulle de Savon antique French SEVRES opaline glass perfume bottle with bronze ormolu finishing.
Antique French opaline glass perfume scent bottle attributed to L. SEILLER atelier in Sevres, famous as the origin of most famous Crystal and glass ateliers in France. Bottle is made of thick opaline glass in white, called 'bull de Savon' color. Still has the Neiman Marcus label on the bottom, and the remnants of the Sevres sticker on the side of the bottle.
Bottle and stopper have beautiful decoration of the bronze details. The stopper top bronze part is covered on the side with sunflower engraved ornament, while the bronze neck of the bottle and the bronze base a decorated with engraved leaves ornament.
Transparent matted crystal glass stopper.
Measures: 7" h x 3" diameter.
Weighs: 2.3 lbs
Condition: Very good antique condition. No chips or cracks or repairs to glass. Seems like one tiny scratch to the glass but it is minuscule. Some verdigris patina to the bronze base and stopper. Bottle is well fixed to the bronze bottom base, intact and not moving.
