This is a highly decorative vintage porcelain egg in the style of Satsuma with both figural and floral motifs or panels, accented with delicate hand painted gold moriage throughout. The panels are interspersed with traditional Oriental flowers, decorative fans and auspicious Ruyi borders both on the top and base.
This particular piece comes with its own stand and reaches a total height of 30".
Can be used on a console table, in an alcove, nook or archway, hallway or add interest to any corner in the home.
