This beautifully crackled glaze low bowl features a refined, simple form reminiscent of Guan ware, with an intricate ironware craquelure pattern across its surface. The bowl has a soft grayish-green celadon hue and an incised mark on the underside. From a fine Boston estate, its exact age and origin are unknown.
