An antique 1800’s high quality hand painted French portrait plate. Woman is unknown but signed in the lower right “Farge”. There are several artist under that name but without a fist name cannot be specific. Delicate work on the woman’s face and hat. Measures 14 ½” diameter. Back has a metal strap with loop for hanging. Plate has a slight concave.
Good condition, no marks, cracks or damage; see photos.
