It depicts paper doll girls in dresses with bows in hair, joined together holding hands with the end girls each holding a balloon. Entire background is red with white images and signature. This is From a 90s licensed reissue from urban outfitters. 28” long with slight wear is all. No holes. Comes attached to heavy wooden frame or stretcher underneath. See less
