Spectacular vintage four-panel folding screen, depicting capture of the castle. Very detailed. Unsigned. Gouache, ink and watercolor on paper. Silk border. Lacquered black wood frame with metal corners, showing age patina. Fabric, paper and two Asian style brass hangers on back. Very good condition - minimal age wear on the painting, water stain on the lower side of the silk border on second and third panels, age wear on wood frame, strong hinges, clean, sturdy. Please, look at the images. China, circa 1950-1960s.
