Vintage Chinoiserie style four-panel folding screen, depicting Flower cart with Peonies, Chrysanthemums, and Sakura. Unsigned. Soft colors. Watercolor and ink on silk. Silk border. Lacquered black wood frame with engraved copper corners, showing age patina. Paper and four Asian style brass hangers on back. Good condition - some age wear and staining, some discoloration at edges on panels, one damaged hinge between 3rd and 4th panels, other hinges are strong, sturdy. Hong Kong or China, circa 1950-1960s.
