Very rare, vintage solid brass World Peace door knocker.
A dove sits atop a globe of the world The piece was made around the late 1960s to 1970s in China when the two countries resumed trading agreements This is a heavy duty quality piece of hardware
I collect architectural hardware and l have never seen this door knocker before.
There is a lovely patina from age, which, if desired, should shine up beautifully
The piece is heavy and fairly large
