Hand made copper and brass feeding table 1950s.
the cylindrical shape with holes is copper, the brass twisted flats and the chain with fasteners are also copper.
i am not exactly sure what this item was used for in the past. In my opinion, for feeding small animals or birds.
an extremely unique exhibit can have different purposes for creative people.
