19th century danish carved flame mahogany center table circa 1860.
Beautifully shaped top surface with striking half matching veneer top. Slightly over-sailing top sits on an apron of the same shape. Supported by a fluted steam which splays out to the quadriform base, decorated with applied hand carved mouldings. Terminating on 4 scrolled feet and brass castors.
Stunning table with good colour and patina, would work well as a sofa table or equally in the hallway as a center table.
Very minor shrinkage to veneer on top surface. Minor surface marks in line with age and use. Recently re-polished top in our workshop.
