Islamic? Moorish? Persian? We aren’t sure, but this tray is beautiful. The detailed engraving on the solid brass depicts florals, birds and deities. The deeply scalloped edges are a bonus. The tray could be hung on a wall ( no hardware included ), used on a coffee table, or even made into a small table top with a wooden base.
The tray is not marked on the back, however there are remnants of a paper label. We do not know its origin.
